Hi! I'm Alysa, the Owner and Head Culinary Director at The Parlour by Down to Earth. At The Parlour we aim to create an environment that feels like an extension of our home where you can enjoy a good meal in a warm, cozy space and feel comforted by laughter, good convos or the scent of an old cookbook. I hope to bring an approachability to vegetables and a plant-based diet that you haven't experienced before - especially if you're just a little vegan-curious and don't yet know where to start.
